41 Vacations is reader-supported. Many of the links on our website are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you click a link and make a booking, at no additional cost to you.
Booking Partners
The vacation rentals listed on 41 Vacations are offered and booked through third-party booking partners, including Whimstay. 41 Vacations does not own, manage, or rent any of the properties listed, and we do not process bookings or payments.
When you click “View Deal” or another link on a listing, you leave 41 Vacations and go to the booking partner’s website, where you complete your reservation directly with them. 41 Vacations may participate in affiliate or partner programs with these booking partners, as well as other travel affiliate networks and individual brand or merchant programs.
This means we may earn commissions from qualifying bookings, leads, clicks, or other actions made through links on our website.
How Affiliate Links Work
That link may include tracking information that allows the booking partner or affiliate network to identify 41 Vacations as the referring website. If you make a booking or complete another qualifying action, we may receive compensation.
Affiliate tracking may involve cookies, tracking links, pixels, or similar technologies. These are governed by the privacy policies and terms of the third-party websites and affiliate programs.
No Extra Cost to You
Using an affiliate link does not increase the price you pay. Any commission we earn is paid by the booking partner or affiliate network.
How Listings Are Shown
Our goal is to help travelers compare vacation rentals, guest ratings, and current prices in one place.
Affiliate compensation may influence which booking partners, properties, or offers appear on our website. By default, listings are sorted by current discount (largest first), then by guest rating. You can re-sort them by price, guest rating, or number of reviews, and filter them by price, rating, discount, and property features.
We do not inspect, verify, or endorse individual properties. Always review the property details, house rules, fees, cancellation policy, and reviews on the booking partner’s website before you book.
Prices, Ratings, and Availability
Prices shown on 41 Vacations are quotes from our booking partners for the specific dates and guest count shown on each listing. Unless a listing says otherwise, nightly prices include the partner’s cleaning and service fees but not taxes. Discounts and “original” prices are as reported by the booking partner.
Prices, availability, ratings, reviews, discounts, and details may change at any time and may differ for other dates. We try to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information on our website is current or error-free. The price, fees, and terms shown on the booking partner’s website at checkout are the ones that apply.
Third-Party Websites
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, content, pricing, fees, cancellations, refunds, property condition, or actions of booking partners, property managers, hosts, or other third-party websites. Any booking is a contract between you and the booking partner or host.
Please review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before making a booking.
